3. Services, Quotations & Orders

• Any estimates or quotations provided are indicative and subject to site conditions, material availability, design specifications, and market fluctuations.
• Final scope, timelines, and pricing will be set out in a written agreement or work order executed between you and Konnbot.
• Changes requested after scope finalization may impact pricing and timelines.

4. Products Sold on Our Website

• We offer a range of construction-related products, including but not limited to electrical switches, plumbing materials, hardware, and other building supplies.
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or supply variations.
• Availability of products is subject to stock and supplier conditions. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Warranties, if any, are as provided by the respective manufacturers. Please refer to product packaging or manufacturer documentation for warranty details.
• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified period. Certain items (e.g., custom orders, opened plumbing or electrical goods) may not be eligible for return.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (such as intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms. Parties may first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations.
